It is looking increasingly likely that the Republicans will maintain control of power in the U.S. Senate and could increase their majority.
South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham says it means the judicial train that has produced two Supreme Court justices, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, is going to continue running for President Trump.
When the GOP maintains control of the Senate, the conservative judicial train is going to keep running!

One of the reasons we are winning big in the Senate tonight is because of the way Democrats treated Brett Kavanaugh. #FACT

In the House, however, if Fox News’ prediction is correct, it will probably be a different story.

Even if Democrats do take the House, they have to be majorly disappointed that the Senate will likely remain in the hands of the GOP, which means that President Trump will be able to continue to put conservative justices on the federal courts.
And who knows when the next vacancy will occur on the Supreme Court.
