Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called the summit between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin to be “deeply disturbing.”

Now, when then Russian president Dmitry Medvedev told then President Obama that he would “transmit this information to Vladimir (Putin)” after Obama told him that he would have more flexibility after the 2012 election, did she find that “deeply disturbing”?
