NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio urged New Yorkers not to travel this Thanksgiving to see family and friends because of the coronavirus:

But it’s not a mandatory ban, at least, not yet:
De Blasio's guidance against travel is not mandatory – if you do travel city encourages getting tested. And if you travel to a state on the high-risk list (most of the country), 2 week quarantine is mandatory.
