There’s a new interview with Dan Rather out in New York magazine where the former CBS anchor — you remember, he was fired over his bogus story on George W. Bush’s service in the Texas Air National Guard — says the White House’s use of the term “fake news” started with “right-wing attacks on his CBS News tenure”:
