How did we miss these? Apparently Donald Trump, before he was president, used to accus disgraced former New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman of wearing eyeliner:

It's Tuesday. @AGSchneiderman is wearing Revlon eyeliner today. Governor Cuomo alerted all to this.

And before you call Trump’s inclusion of Gov. Andrew Cuomo into his feud, it was actually Cuomo who started the eyeliner rumor. From the New York Times:
