Filmmaker Michael Moore called on Donald Trump to resign by this morning over his theory that it was the president-elect who ordered Michael Flynn to promise sanction relief to the Russian in exchange for helping Trump win the election, or something:

Oddly, President Trump didn’t listen and now Moore is threatening to get rid of Trump “the hard way”:
