Former President of Mexico Vicente Fox in an interview with Mic compared Donald Trump to Hitler (which you’d expect). But before that moronic comparison, Fox made a bizzaro claim that Latin American leaders have a sort of dictator-radar and that spotting a populist who will morph into a dictator is like catching a Pokémon.
