Slacktivists! 32 celebrities who need reminding that #BringBackOurGirls didn't work

When over 200 schoolgirls were kidnapped by Boko Haram terrorists in Nigeria a year ago, celebrities quickly took to Twitter using the hashtag #BringBackOurGirls to show just how much they supported the plight of the newly enslaved.

And we really haven’t heard much from them since.

With that said, since Twitter is taking the time today to remember these poor souls who were kidnapped a year ago, let’s remind these celebrities that it takes more than hashtag activism during a photo-op to fight Islamic terrorists.

1. Michelle Obama:

2. Hillary Clinton:

3. Ellen DeGeneres:

4. Alicia Keyes

5. Ricky Martin:

6. Anne Hathaway:

14. P Diddy:

15. Emma Watson:

17. Christina Aguilera:

And the entire cast of The Expendables (we count 15!), which is the worst of the bunch because they used the kidnapped girls to promote their stupid movie franchise about mercenaries with a heart:

This is all a brutal reminder that real life is as far from Hollywood as you can get.
