White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced on Sunday night that she’s tested positive for COVID-19:
Press secretary Jen Psaki, who dropped off President Biden’s foreign trip at the last minute, says she has tested positive for coronavirus after members of her household did. She says she is revealing out of an “abundance of transparency” and last saw Biden on Tuesday.

But, more importantly, she also admitted to being in quarantine since Wednesday, October 27, because of it:

President Biden reportedly tested negative on Saturday:

But the timing here is very important. Biden met maskless with Pope Francis on Friday, October 29:

So, at the time of this photo, the White House KNEW Psaki was in quarantine and yet nobody was wearing a mask:
