The website Insider is mad that most Americans haven’t read the Mueller report so they went and hired “Black Hawk Down” author Mark Bowden and “Archer” illustrator Chad Hurd to create a cartoon version of the report that they hope is more readable than the entire thing:
As first reported in @ReliableSources: @thisisinsider's @nichcarlson hired Mark Bowden to write a movie-like treatment of Mueller's report. And here it is, complete with illustrations by "Archer" illustrator Chad Hurdhttps://t.co/BRZ3Krfsj3

Maybe they hope Tim Kaine will read the comic-book version?
“I didn’t have to read it. I lived it,” offered Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), who was Hillary Clinton’s 2016 vice presidential running mate. “I intended to read cover to cover, but there was nothing in it that was a surprise to me.” @politico https://t.co/bp2q9PAfjq

And from Brian Stelter’s “Reliable Sources” newsletter last night, it’s clear Dems think Americans just aren’t bright enough to understand what’s in the Mueller report and how bad it is for the president and they’re hoping the Mueller hearing next week with changes things:
Przybyla was citing this new story by Politico’s Darren Samuelsohn, who said it’s “time for a Mueller report reality check: Only a small segment of America’s most powerful have read it.”
His point: There’s “a giant literacy gap in the country when it comes to the most authoritative examination into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and whether Trump obstructed that investigation. And closing that gap could determine whether Democrats feel they have public backing to launch impeachment proceedings against the president.” Read on, this is an excellent story, pointing out that even the report’s “best seller” status doesn’t mean much…
And they’re hoping to reach Fox News viewers:
>> @HeidiNBC on the potential power of the Mueller hearings: "You have a whole vast universe out there of – and I'll say it – Fox News viewers, for instance, who may not even be aware of the worst things that are in the Mueller report…" https://t.co/pGND1oL4De

But Dems are also worried that Robert Mueller himself will be a total dud when he’s called to testify:
Caveat Emptor. Some Dems privately worried Mueller may just read rpt when asked questions & not give answers in his own voice. Other Dems worried hrng could be a snoozer if that happens, undercutting the hype & the lead up the hrng

The really should make up their minds.
