Tara O’Sullivan, a 26-year-old rookie with the Sacramento Police Department, was shot and killed in the line of duty on Thursday during a domestic violence call:
“While her family and her brother and sister officers were just learning of Officer Tara O’Sullivan’s tragic death, police haters in Sacramento made numerous comments celebrating Officer O’Sullivan’s murder and disparaging police.” — @jmcdonaldohfop, FOP Vice President pic.twitter.com/NvsWA5y4cW

The suspect, Adel Sambrano Ramos, has a long criminal history:
Sac Bee reporting the suspect in Officer O’Sullivans murder is Adel Sambrano Ramos. “Court records match Ramos’ name to a series of criminal cases dating back to 1995, including multiple domestic violence and battery cases, a divorce, theft and driving under the influence.” https://t.co/rqFsaTPFOq

According to reports, Sullivan lay wounded on the ground as Ramos continued to fire at other cops on the scene:
Unacceptable for fallen officer to be on the ground wounded for 45 minutes until being rescued. Storm the house, create a diversion…. something. #TaraOSullivan https://t.co/KEOcG90UCY

This criminal should NEVER have been on the streets in the first place:
According to a neighbor, Adel Sambrano Ramos, 45, suspected of killing Officer Tara O'Sullivan had been harassing kids in the street, using racial slurs and targeting young black teenagers. Neighbor said the teens tried to get a protective order but were denied.
