“60 Minutes” correspondent John Dickerson has two Twitter accounts. His main account (@jdickerson) with over 2 million followers and a second account that is “mostly promotion for links to articles & appearances by @jdickerson who tweets at that handle.” Twitter decided the @johndickerson account was impersonating @jdickerson so they suspended it:
Ever vigilant, @Twitter has accused me of impersonating myself. The republic is safe. pic.twitter.com/Zxlxtup45N

Does anyone at Twitter have any idea what’s going on with their own company? The suspended account just basically retweets. Did someone report it? How the eff did Twitter even find out about it?
