An attorney for brothers Ola and Abel Osundairo has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against Jussie Smollett’s legal team, including celebrity attorney Mark Geragos:

They’re alleging comments made by Smollett’s lawyers caused talent agents to drop the pair after charges were dropped:

Geragos also claimed at one point that Ola was gay and in a relationship with Smollett:
Lawsuit: Mark Geragos claimed that Ola had a sexual relationship with Jussie Smollett on a podcast. Lawsuit strongly denies those claims. Adding that Ola was in a reationship with a woman at the time.
