Attorney General William Barr has informed Congress that he’s reviewing Robert Mueller’s report on Russian interference in the 2016 election and will hopefully get them the report’s “principal conclusions as soon as this weekend”:

According to a DOJ spox, this document will be released to the public as well:
DOJ spokeswoman says that Barr will send Congress a document in coming days laying out Mueller's "principal conclusions," and that document is expected to be released to the public. Unclear how detailed or extensive that document will be.

Barr notably states that he’ll consult with both Mueller and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein and he’s “committed to as much transparency as possible”:
