Tablet magazine’s Yair Rosenberg reports that Twitter determined that the account “@rosenberg_yair” — an account that impersonates Rosenberg’s son and has a baby with a swastika as the profile photo — does not violate Twitter’s rules against targeted harassment:
Hello.
A Nazi took a photo of a baby, put a swastika on its forehead, made a Twitter account for it, and called it my son.
Twitter says this isn't targeted harassment and doesn't violate its terms of service. pic.twitter.com/QfAIFIzfhr

WTF is Twitter thinking:
I do not actually think this represents "Twitter policy." I do think it shows how poorly informed their moderators are about basic abuse issues on the platform, such that they can miss obvious instances like this. https://t.co/queiay8hQj

Twitter, you have a problem:
But they reviewed it "carefully"!

I am no longer surprised by how awful people on this platform can be. I wish I could say that I was.

This is horrifying, and I am truly sorry.
