Maybe it’s not a good idea for CNN to have Chris Cuomo interview his older brother and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, especially if the governor is going to lie to him on air like this:
This is from Gov. Andrew Cuomo's interview with Chris Cuomo earlier this afternoon.
The governor seems to suggest there was an "explosive device" inside the package sent to his office, which did not end up being true. (It was a flash drive, per NYPD.) pic.twitter.com/aTvAPW3H4s

And as we told you yesterday, this wasn’t true at all. Which younger brother Chris had to admit on air later in the day:

But the Cuomo duo teamed up again later in the night, which produced this rather awkward exchange where Andrew asked if his “little brother” was cutting him off:

And to Chris, it’s just “Guv”:
When you’re CNN’s Chris Cuomo, in live interview, how to address the NY State governor when he’s your brother Andrew Cuomo? Simple: “GUV”. pic.twitter.com/XdxtlfPUJx

It was bad:

Watch the entire exchange here:
.@NYGovCuomo tells his brother, @chriscuomo, a new word may be needed to describe today's events:
"This is red versus blue terrorism… That we have never seen before. I think this President certainly missed an opportunity… He could have really stepped up and been the leader" pic.twitter.com/5jgZKYedTc
