'Tip of the iceberg': 2016 'Bill Cosby pill' video might just end Chris Matthews' career

Stick a fork in Chris Matthews, because he’s done (we hope).

The website TheCut has discovered a video of MSNBC’s Chris Matthews actually joking about slipping Hillary Clinton a “Bill Cosby pill” before he interviewed her in 2016. That’s right, a rape joke about Hillary:

From The Cut:

Network footage obtained by the Cut shows Matthews, during the interview setup, making a couple of “jokes” about Clinton. He asks, “Can I have some of the queen’s waters? Precious waters?” And then, as he waits for the water, he adds, “Where’s that Bill Cosby pill I brought with me?” Matthews then laughs, delighted with the line, for an extended moment, as the staffers around him react with disbelief, clearly uncomfortable.

And here’s the clip:

Needless to say, but team Hillary is furious:

Yashar Ali, who has been reporting on sexual misconduct in the media and entertainment industries for months, says this is just the “tip of the iceberg”:

SE Cupp agrees with Ali:

Like we said earlier, he’s gotta be done:

Flashback: Matthews sexually harassed then CNBC host Erin Burnett — on air — and MSNBC did nothing:

And this is how many on Twitter feel tonight:
