Breaking news out of Germany where we’re seeing reports of at least 25-50 injured after a gunman attacked a movie theater near the city of Frankfurt. The gunman is reportedly dead and the injuries all appear to be a result of police action:

Update. The NYPD is reporting that that the attack was not terror related and gun was “likely fake”:
