Breaking news out of Afghanistan where we’re seeing reports that a suspected Taliban suicide bomber has killed at least 28 and wounded over 300 in an attack in downtown Kabul at a little after 9:00 a.m. local time.

According to the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, the attack happened outside of the Ministry of Defense building which is “approximately 1.2 kilometers southeast of the Embassy.”
