Calling @PolitiFact: Nancy Pelosi's latest on Iran and sanctions deserves a fact check!

It looks like Nancy Pelosi is a little confused about the nuclear deal signed between Iran and the P5+1 nations.

While on CNN this morning, she told Chris Cuomo that the deal is a “masterful piece of work on the part of President Obama” because Iran* Russia and China “never voted with us in the UN on any sanctions on Iran in the past.”

And from what we’ve found, 5 of the UN Security Council Resolutions for sanctions on Iran happened before President Obama took office in January 2009.
