At tonight’s Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas, host Steve Harvey made the mother of all mistakes when he accidentally announced the wrong woman as the winner.
Harvey at first announced that Miss Colombia’s Ariadna Gutierrez had won the title, with the young lady getting a crown and everything:

But then he embarrassingly came back on stage to say that it was actually Pia Wurtzbach from the Philippines who won the pageant and they literally took the crown off of Miss Colombia’s head:

Harvey apologized for the error in a now deleted tweet. It’s “Colombia” Steve, not “Columbia” and it’s “Philippines,” not “Philippians”:
