As Twitchy readers know, Tucker Carlson shocked the social media world when his post-firing video went viral, amassing over 81 million views, as of today.
At the time, many were quick to point out that Twitter and Carlson were a match made in heaven. Between Elon Musk’s crusade for free speech, goal of Twitter becoming the modern source for news, and Carlson’s like-mindedness and penchant for telling exactly what he thinks, it’s a perfect marriage.
We don’t know if there is any specific deal in the works (there probably is), but Tucker Carlson released yet another video today saying Twitterfying his show is exactly what he’s doing.

Carlson describes the media manipulation most of us have been aware of decades: often technically accurate reporting with lies of omission. Blatant bias is easy to spot, and we see our fair share of that, but this technique is much more subtle, manipulative, and prevalent.
He goes on to claim that anyone who pushes up against the limits of what they’re allowed to say too many times will be fired. It sounds to us like he’s revealing a bit about what really happened to his relationship with Fox News.
