This certainly won't surprise you, but the Democrats and some of their media allies are being dishonest and disingenuous about another moment that involved Donald Trump.
The scene was the Oval Office, and during an announcement about weight loss drugs a pharmaceutical exec fainted while Dr. Oz was speaking.
While the man was being tended to, a Getty photographer took a photo which was released and they knew exactly what they were doing. The Left quickly got some "Trump's heartless" mileage out of it:

As usual we need to remember that these are some of the same people who will take screenshots of Trump blinking his eyes and claim he fell asleep while hoping we forgot who the previous president was.
Trump in fact did, just before that, express concern over the man who fainted, not that the Left will ever acknowledge that.

The Left's "Trump's heartless" BS took another hit after Dr. Oz described what happened when the man's concerned wife was on the phone.

One way to tell that reality flies in the face of the phony world the Left tries to create is that they continually lie about things that are easily disproven.

Where were the "oh my god" people back then? They were saying "all is well and Biden's doing a great job!" Now they're trying to project everything that was true about Joe onto Trump. Pitiful but not unexpected.
