Happy Friday, everybody!
I'll kick this story off with a tweet from whoever writes Joe Biden's social media posts, and this one is destined to be almost as good as Hillary Clinton's "happy birthday to this future president" doozy from just before the 2016 election.
Here's the Biden post challenging Trump to two debates:
Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020. Since then, he hasn’t shown up for a debate.
— Joe Biden (@JoeBiden) May 15, 2024
Now he’s acting like he wants to debate me again.
Well, make my day, pal. pic.twitter.com/AkPmvs2q4u
On second thought, that one might be even better than Hillary's "future president" fail. And we all know how that one debate worked out for Joe.
Considering what's happened in the last few weeks, Buttigieg thought this was a good question to ask:

Has a presidential nominee ever agreed to a debate, then pulled out?

Remarkable show of weakness here. https://t.co/tw9KhmhkpN
The only thing Mayor Pete does worse than being Transportation Director is trying to slam the political opposition. So, so answer his question, there is an answer:
The only one I can think of is Joe Biden, right? https://t.co/oDby79GWLf

Another day, another Democrat rake stomp.
I can think of one who pulled out of this VERY DEBATE, Pete. It happened on July 21. https://t.co/sAyHiNULVI

The Harris campaign is now saying Trump's running scared for not agreeing to keep the same debate he agreed to have with Biden, which I'd say was laughable but won't because it might make Kamala cackle again.
At least Biden and Buttigieg left us something to remember them by:You must have missed what happened to the last guy Trump debated?

Another Biden classic.
