Back in September, President Biden visited a United Auto Workers picket line before that strike was settled.
The UAW thanked him for showing up:
"Biden’s UAW picket line visit reflects the fact that the strike by union workers is so popular that the leader of the most pro-capitalist country on Earth believed being seen standing alongside them was politically advantageous."#StandUpUAW https://t.co/cYon6Y37Gl

After a brief appearance at the UAW picket line, Biden then went to see the people he actually cares about: Billionaire Democrat donors:

After 12 minutes on the picket line, "Union Joe" Biden heads to a fundraiser at the California home of a billionaire couple that funds a group that aims to "abolish policing." https://t.co/S2DMJZ8HCy
In a follow-up to the above story about Biden supporting the UAW's demands, I couldn't help but notice a shot & chaser, "Bidenomics"-style:
Biden is never actually “helping” workers.

By the way, after stopping briefly at that picket line Biden went to suck up to billionaires at a fundraiser. But enjoy your layoffs. pic.twitter.com/OJwY91NNah
Here's how it's going:

Not good news for many right before Christmas:
General Motors is laying off 1,314 employees at manufacturing plants in Michigan, months after reaching a new labor contract with the United Auto Workers (UAW).
The announcement occurred on Thursday (Dec. 14), and Local 4 was told that 945 employees will be at the automaker’s Orion Assembly Subsystems Plant in Orion Township.
Officials say the Orion Assembly Plant will be converted for battery electric truck production, including the Chevrolet Silverado EV and GMC Sierra EV, in late 2025. The final production date is scheduled for the week of Dec. 18.
We also received information that the layoff will affect 369 employees at Lansing Grand River Assembly/Stamping and Lansing Regional Stamping.
If you're a worker and Biden says he's on your side, run away fast!
Who could have possibly seen this coming?

And the forced push to an "all-electric" future is going to impact even more jobs, unfortunately. Even though politicians like Biden and Whitmer keep claiming it'll create jobs for the working class. All it will create is a continued wealth transfer to Dem cronies.
