Ratio alert: United Nations dials their 'words can be weapons' lunacy up a notch

Last November the anti-free speech warriors and thug coddlers at the United Nations ramped up a “words can be weapons” campaign and this was the tweet at the time:

They’ve even got a “how to deal with hate speech” list that’s preceded with this:

Hate speech occurs in all societies, whether offline or online. It can sometimes be hard to assess when a comment is meant as hate speech – especially when expressed in the virtual world. It can also feel overwhelming to try to deal with obviously hateful content.

However, there are many ways you can take a stand, even if you are not personally the victim of hate speech. And you can make a difference. The following tips may be helpful.

Not shockingly, they never really define what “hate speech” is other than to basically say it amounts to words that offend somebody.

And guess what? If you utter words that offend somebody you might as well be shooting a gun at them.

Here’s the U.N.’s latest “words can be weapons” insanity:

The sheer stupidity of that is staggering.

They might as well have pulled a gun on all of us!

Every single time.

Seriously, why does the U.S. keep funding (and giving office space) to these anti-freedom wackos? Well, considering who’s running the government at the moment it’s not surprising.

The lefties have even turned words into “weapons of war” and obviously would like to ban “assault speech.”

I’d like one of them too! Can it be one of those “possible modifications” the USA Today reported about for AR-15s (it would replace the chainsaw bayonet of course)?

In any case, the United Nations gets to be a bigger joke and threat to freedom with each passing day.
