We told you earlier that Neal Katyal, MSNBC’s legal analyst and former Acting Solicitor General of the U.S., tripped over the media and some Democrats when he claimed that only President Trump and AG Bill Barr use a word like “collusion.”
Katyal also said “collusion” is not a word a lawyer uses. Or IS it?
Nailed it, @neal_katyal. How embarrassing for you. pic.twitter.com/V3VftlB7s8

There’s only one word for it:
Ouch. https://t.co/eKUDEN4S68

And that’s the one!
For posterity, the shot:
.@neal_katyal: Barr sounded like spokesman instead of AG. "The word collusion, a lawyer doesn't use that term. There is no crime of collusion. Only Trump uses that term." pic.twitter.com/reQa2b6JCv

And the chaser:
Only upside for Trump of that terrible speech was it distracted from Manafort news today, that Mueller believes there was collusion. As usual, Trump squanders what he has (the limited resource of Oval Office address)–when he'll need that trick shortly re Mueller's next steps.

He must have taken his lawyer hat off when tweeting that back in January.

Were the left able to feel shame , it’d be off the charts today.

Oh @neal_katyal … it’s time to reposition your talking points and re establish your narrative.
Again. https://t.co/KXPLz0z9ZY

That’s most likely happening as we speak.
