Democrats in the U.S. such as Rep. Ocasio-Cortez have given the world less than 12 years to act to dramatically reduce fossil fuel usage and greenhouse gas emissions (as long as “acting” doesn’t include actually voting on her Green New Deal resolution). Additionally, the World Economic Forum is trying to help people like AOC and many others sound the alarm about man-made climate change by putting a historical spin on it:

Here’s the WEF’s video:

Er… is that really making the point they think it is?
This is either the dumbest climate change video ever or the most subversive anti-alarmist video ever. https://t.co/h1ABeMr1mW

This is either the worst Climate Change ad known to man, or the best troll ad known to man. https://t.co/JpMJwsbfbe

Place your bets!
So what you're saying is climate changes with or without SUVs… Got it. https://t.co/sdEIgvRs3c

Yes, that was a very helpful video — just not helpful to the Left’s alarmism.
"Here's five examples of pre-industrial climate change. But this time climate change is totally man-made. You just have to trust us."

I'm not a hardcore denier, but it's weird to me how much the climate changed and shifted and contributed to history before industrialization but now it's our fault. https://t.co/QaLLZRCPDw

Right?
All of these predate fossil fuel use. So what your saying is extreme climate change is a cyclical thing. Got it.

The WEF can be quite helpful, albeit unintentionally.
So the Mayans should have given up their cars? https://t.co/z7XuuhCmWf

Are you seriously saying that these ancient civilisations were responsible for ‘man made climate change’?
— John Hellis ?? (@Pillboxman) March 30, 2019
But I've been assured that it's our industrialization causing climate change, but if man-made climate changes killed off the Maya and the Khmer Empire what hope is there that we're not all gonna die?
Did you think this through at all? https://t.co/liy7HskGbC

And? Did the ancients produce too much CO2? Think about it.

If only the dinosaurs paid into a cap and tax scheme, and didn’t produce so much CO2. They’d be alive today. pic.twitter.com/LExae32SZm

If only those ancient civilizations had somebody to bring forth a Green New Deal they might all still be around!
