When the GOP was proposing the tax cut bill and repeal of Obama-era net neutrality rules, Rep. Nancy Pelosi warned that it would culminate in “Armageddon” and the end of the world. We laughed, but if Pelosi doesn’t believe us, maybe she’ll listen to Neil deGrasse Tyson, who confirmed that tax cuts won’t finish off the planet — or if they do, the effect will be very delayed:
