Even though the State Dept. IG report found that Hillary Clinton violated federal records laws as secretary of state and her people didn’t cooperate with the investigation, Nancy Pelosi is sure of one thing:

“Acted in good conscience”? Yeah, Nancy Pelosi said that:
“What Secretary Clinton did was consistent with what other secretaries of state have done, including Colin Powell,” the California Democrat said as she noted the watchdog’s reference to Clinton predecessors using private email communications.
Clinton, she said, “did act in good conscience” when she was secretary of state.
Nancy Pelosi can say such a thing without even having seen the IG report, as she points out here:
