As we told you earlier, during an interview at Stanford University, former Republican Speaker of the House John Boehner had some harsh words about GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz:

Boehner was also quoted as saying he will not vote for Ted Cruz if he’s the party’s nominee. The ex-Speaker also admitted that he’s “texting buddies” with Donald Trump.

You might recall last month that Boehner said he’d support Paul Ryan for the GOP nomination if there’s a contested convention, though Ryan has said he would not accept.
