Did Debbie Wasserman Schultz forget who was president when #FlintWaterCrisis started?

President Obama, who last time we checked is still a Democrat, was in office when the Flint water crisis started. According to Debbie Wasserman Schultz, one way to make sure such a terrible thing never happens again is to elect another Democrat for president in November:
