Harry Reid wants voters to make GOP pay if they 'jerk the president around' on SCOTUS

Harry Reid, who is no longer the Senate Majority Leader because the voters had enough in 2014, is asking those same voters to hold Republicans accountable if they refuse to vote on President Obama’s SCOTUS nominee who will be named at some point:
