The U.S. is reportedly preparing sanctions after Iran tested ballistic missiles.
In response, the Obama administration’s “deal partner” is upping the rhetoric and pledging to increase missile production:
In response to new US #sanctions planned against Iran's ballistic missile program, have ordered the Defense Minister to expedite the program
— Hassan Rouhani (@HassanRouhani) December 31, 2015
We have never negotiated regarding our defense capabilities including our missile program & will not accept any restrictions in this regard
— Hassan Rouhani (@HassanRouhani) December 31, 2015
If US continues its illegitimate interference w/ Iran's right to defend itself a new program will be devised to enhance missile capabilities
— Hassan Rouhani (@HassanRouhani) December 31, 2015
The Obama administration responded by not responding:
US official on Rouhani comments: "We're not going to respond to every comment from Iranian officials. …" 1/x

"We have long taken actions to counter the threats from Iran's missile program and will continue to do so, …" 2/x
— Laura Rozen (@lrozen) December 31, 2015
"… including working closely with our allies in the region to bolster their defenses against such threats." 3/3

I'm so glad that Obama spied on Israel and Congress in order to give Iran what they wanted in the #IranDeal https://t.co/bNfBdgIaUF
