Jay Carney says Obama will get O-care; Laughs when asked if sign-up will be open press [video]

At today’s press conference, Jay Carney said that President Obama will sign up for Obamacare, but he’s not sure exactly when that will occur.

Carney laughed after being asked if Obama’s sign-up process would be open press.

That laugh was Carney-speak for “are you kidding me?”

What Carney didn’t say is that if Obama does plan to sign up, he’ll probably wait until his signature legislation has been tested on everybody else before risking it for himself:
