White House Press Secretary Jay Carney apparently had enough of ABC News’ Jonathan Karl’s line of questioning about HealthCare.gov and Obamacare, so the frustrated spokesliar mocked the person asking the question while giving a trademark non-answer, thus creating Vine video awesomeness for the ages:
