Last year, a pro-Obama Super PAC ran a despicable ad that attempted to link Mitt Romney to a woman’s cancer death. The White House refused to condemn the ad.
This year, a cancer-stricken woman from California has lost her private insurance because of the implementation of Obamacare, and the White House is deflecting the blame with an incredible lack of self-awareness in regards to recent history:
Did you blame Mitt Romney for giving the patient cancer? @pfeiffer44 @TPHealth

Instead of blaming political opponents for giving other people cancer, this time around the administration is reduced to smearing the person with cancer:

@AceofSpadesHQ @NolteNC @michellemalkin Can you ever recall a time media worked so hard/fast to try debunking private citizens' hardships?

@seanmdav @jtLOL It was my understanding from press reports that Romney gives people cancer, but doesn't subsequently attack them.

Possible new line of defense for Team Obama:

And if blaming Romney doesn’t fly, there’s always Bush.
