Sen. Harry Reid today said it was “shameful” of people to accuse him of not caring about kids with cancer after the Democrats opposed a bill to separately fund the National Institutes of Health.
Others on the Left have come to Reid’s defense. However, some of these same people on the Left didn’t seem to think that this tactic was “shameful” last September before the election:
Mitt Romney supports cutting NIH grants that support research on diseases like Alzheimer's, cancer, and AIDS. pic.twitter.com/dorjw538

How quickly and willingly they forget.
The Democrats voted against funding NIH today. It’s weird because here they are calling out Mitt Romney for that. http://t.co/vtaFDUTwxD

Hypocrites much?
Update:
Here are a couple classic flashbacks from the Senator who now thinks this kind of talk is “shameful” when used against him:
Instead of talking about job creation, Rs wanted to talk about denying #women access to #health care

GOP wants to shut down our nation’s government because they want to make it harder for women to get the health ser http://twitpic.com/4ie6iw
