Now the bad news: None of this could happen for several years. According to multiple sources, Steyn is a Canadian citizen who resides in the U.S., meaning if he were to become an American citizen tomorrow he wouldn’t be qualified to take office for nine more years. But that doesn’t mean Steyn couldn’t stage a campaign in the meantime just for the memoir.
