Wendy Davis labeled 'Abortion Barbie'; Outrage from some who said nothing about 'Caribou Barbie'

Texas lawmaker Wendy Davis being referred to as “Abortion Barbie” has garnered some outrage from many on the Left. MSNBC’s Martin Bashir is among those who think the name crosses the line:

We don’t recall a similar level of outrage when Alec Baldwin and some members of the media all had a good laugh over Sarah Palin being referred to as “Caribou Barbie.”

Rationalization:

@robjones3030 We called Sarah "caribou barbie", not quite as nasty as 'abortion barbie'.
