President Biden held a nearly two-hour press conference on Wednesday, and these were some of the topics covered:

–Biden’s first year out-performed what anybody thought would happen.
–Undermining the legitimacy of elections is a threat to democracy unless Biden does it.
–Even though Democrats control the White House, Senate and House of Representatives, Biden blamed Republicans for blocking his agenda.
–Biden berated a reporter for quoting what he said about those opposed to the so-called “voting rights” bill.
–Reporters were reminded that if they want quick answers to their queries they should ask “easy questions.”

Add it all up, and PBS WH reporter and NBC News contributor Yamiche Alcindor spotted history being made:
Pres Biden, in the longest news conference in presidential history, made news, pushed back on critics, called out lies, took responsibility for mistakes he believes he made, expressed surprise at GOP, talked foreign policy and didn't lash out on reporters.
Quite the change.

The Biden administration knows there are certain reporters they can count on.
*Biden went longer without a formal news conference than any president in the past 100 years. His average is 1 per year.
*He further alienated Israel & Ukraine
*Proved he’s clueless on foreign policy matters
*WH is already “clarifying” his remarks
*He lied repeatedly
