This audio clip of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson cuts off at 1:09, which is just as well, because her argument with U.S. Solicitor General D. John Sauer wasn't going anywhere. One minute is the most we would ask of our readers to listen to Jackson argue from the bench. Even though her fellow liberal justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor are questioning her understanding of the law, Rep. Jasmine Crockett has stepped up and assured us that, as the first black woman to serve on the Supreme Court, Jackson had to be ten times better than everyone else, even though President Joe Biden pledged he would nominate a black woman only.
Jackson: "How does this work? Are you suggesting that when a baby is born, people have to have documents determining a newborn child is a citizen of the United States?... Are we bringing in pregnant women for depositions?" pic.twitter.com/r4zhuzuDOF

She's as dumb as the memes make her out to be.

She’s an idiot.

Irrelevant question from the weakest mind on the court. How embarrassing. Her question was literally a waste of words and time.

This woman is too brilliant to be confined to the restrictions of the law and precedent

When our daughter was born in Yokosuka, Japan during our Navy days, YES, we did indeed have to provide documents to the U.S. Consulate in Japan to prove/determine citizenship before a Report of Birth Abroad was issued. Our daughter has never in any way been considered to be… pic.twitter.com/y52MxW6c2u

The post continues:
… Japanese. Other nations ought to have to do this as well when their citizens give birth in America.
Well, she didn't say pregnant person... so there's that.

I truly, honestly, 100% have zero clue how this woman made her way to the U.S. Supreme Court. What level of stupidity is this?
— CommonSense (@CHI_guy08) April 1, 2026
Clueless. She also said “I don’t understand” a bunch of times as well.

We know you don’t.

That question alone indicates how preposterous her appointment was. https://t.co/rJd0W2kkwe

No, your honor, we'll bring the DOJ attorney and judge into the delivery room.
— TeaPartyOG (@TeaPartyOGs) April 1, 2026
Preposterous is just ONE word for her appointment.

She actually believes her snark makes her sound smart. It's embarrassing.

Republicans could have blocked her but didn't....this is their fault.
— Stevetoshi (@Stevetoshii) April 1, 2026
That was disqualifying on their part, and two of them are still senators. This is a nightmare that will last decades. Even the liberal justices are rolling their eyes.
