Over the weekend Dr. Fauci said that he is starting to have some doubts that Covid-19 developed naturally, which suddenly made so many takes from media and Democrats age horribly (though they served their narrative purpose at the time.
And with that, Drew Holden has some shots and chasers featuring the media covering themselves in more glory. Up first, the New York Times’ offering on what last year they called a “fringe theory” vs. the latest reports:

Of course the Washington Post got in on the media’s “slam Sen. Cotton” bandwagon:
@washingtonpost, when will you update your story suggesting that the Wuhan lab leak – the same theory more scientists incl Dr. Fauci are suggesting is plausible – is a "debunked conspiracy theory" or "fringe theory"? https://t.co/gi3kJ90XEC

do you still stand by your reporting that @SenTomCotton "suggested it’s necessary to ask Chinese authorities about the possibility, fanning the embers of a conspiracy theory that has been repeatedly debunked by experts." https://t.co/gi3kJ90XEC

Naturally it’s also to slam purveyors of #FakeNews without throwing the hacks at DNCNN into the mix:
Really hard to overstate how badly some of the takes and editorial decisions around the coronavirus lab leak theory have aged. https://t.co/R59VlfgYGX

The CCP must appreciate CNN’s help with pushing their propaganda.

*two months, not that that changes anything I don’t think.

Ah, “journalism”!
You would have to think Pelosi and Schumer saw those security reports, but decided to defend China rather than protect the American people…. https://t.co/bQESu5JOD9
