Earlier today, President Obama announced his nomination of New York prosecutor Loretta Lynch to replace outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder.
Lynch will of course need to be confirmed by the Senate, and Ted Cruz, who is a member of the Judiciary Committee, is curious about something:
