Did the “bitch” set his team up, too?

Former Washington, D.C. Mayor and current city council member Marion Barry isn’t taking the lack of success of the local NFL franchise he refuses to name well, and Barry seems to think the team’s 1-4 start might be bad karma because of the nickname.

Actually a buffalo would make a kick butt defensive lineman.

Oh come on, we’re sure Washingtonians have seen more embarrassing moments before. Think hard sir.

If the problem is with the team’s name, how must the past successes be explained?

The “Redskins” won championships in 1982, 1987 and 1991. So much for Barry’s desperate search for reasoning.
