Not every American president has the additional burden of being concerned about having his Nobel Peace Prize repo’d after going all “Hulk smash” on another country, but President Obama does. Some aren’t comforted by reports that Obama might be making decisions based on what jokes Jay Leno might make about those decisions, and reports that Team Obama is concerned about being mocked were immediately mocked:
