I've never seen "Veep." I don't watch much TV, and "Veep" is among the shows I never took an interest in. Julia Louis-Dreyfus was great on "Seinfeld," so it might have been worth a look.
I've seen a lot of people say that Kamala Harris is like "Veep" in real life. Louis-Dreyfus, however, says that the character is "not a Kamala Harris type" but more comparable to Donald Trump.
