I often see people tweeting about repealing the 19th Amendment, and I'm not so sure I disagree. My wife says it should repealed. Women apparently have only one issue, and that's abortion. They want it legalized nationwide through the third trimester for any reason. It's mean to say, but I look at the women who attend these pro-abortion posts and wonder at the chance that anyone would impregnate them.
The Washington Examiner has a new poll out showing that unmarried women vote for Democrats by a huge margin. Married women, and both single and married men, favor Republicans. Of course, the Dems will tell you that married women are forced to vote the way their husbands tell them to.

I can believe that single women are perfectly happy with the government intruding more and more on their lives. Someone mentioned the "Life of Julia" campaign that was run under Barack Obama, I think. Remember Julia? The slideshow showed how the government would literally help a woman (whose husband is never shown but her children are) from the cradle to the grave. The Economist called it a "poorly-conceived cartoon slideshow."
It was Obama, and it was to be a cornerstone of his campaign:

There were a lot of great Julia memes after that. But it looks like the Obama campaign knew its audience.
It's kind of amazing how feminism has turned marriage into a bad thing to be avoided. And the worst offenders of all? Mothers who homeschool their kids while dad's at work.
