As you know, the Supreme Court, by a 6-3 vote, struck down New York State’s “proper cause” requirement for a permit to carry a concealed weapon outside your own home. Keith Olbermann has thrown up his hands and declared that we need to dissolve the Supreme Court.
Perlman has an equally hot take, saying that the justices neglected to say the one thing that they actually meant to say: “for whites only.”

We’re wondering if we should take a screenshot of that, since no same person would leave it up.
Update: It looks like Perlman deleted it while we were writing this post, so here’s a screenshot:
You mean the decision written by a black man? You really are a special kind of an idiot.
— Physics Geek (@physicsgeek) June 23, 2022
You have to remember that to liberals, Justice Clarence Thomas isn’t “authentically” black.
Thomas, a descendant of slaves, has a section in there on how gun control laws historically aimed their restrictions at minorities. You should read it!

Another glaring problem with his tweet is that NY's Sullivan Laws were often used by police to leave minorities defenseless.

Yes, a black man, citing a history of excluding black people from the ownership of arms, and striking down a law disproportionately used to deny blank people the right to bear arms meant “for whites only.”

It specifically mentions black Americans being armed in the opinion, you fucking tool.

Wait until Ron finds out why most of those “may issue” laws were passed in the first place. https://t.co/tdDFoB1KwT
— Charles C. W. Cooke (@charlescwcooke) June 23, 2022
This is so amazing because Thomas EXPLICITLY pointed out the racist history of gun control.

Really, it’s a remarkable moment in American history. Taney says in Dred Scott, “you know, if black people are citizens they’ll be able to carry guns, eek!” and 140 years later, a descendent of slaves says, “you’re damn fucking straight we will.”
— Charles C. W. Cooke (@charlescwcooke) June 23, 2022
Once more with feeling: A descendent of slaves raised in the Jim Crow south wrote today's decision, and in the process cited Roger Taney's opposition in Dred Scott to black people owning guns. https://t.co/KfhkJpxOVI

Fire your writer. Your script is stale.

But they didn’t say it, Ron.

Tell me you didn't read the decision without telling me you didn't read the decision

Aw, are you typing all by yourself again?
— Cranky "Schwinngate Investigator" Gordon (@StillCrankyAF) June 23, 2022
They literally cited a brief from black guns matter.
— tuzalu (@Thorn61616) June 23, 2022
Except, this ruling is a great win for minorities. Otherwise yeah.

What a tool.
