David Frum wants us to think about all of the successes claimed by the Trump administration in the Middle East, which were spearheaded by his son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner. Come to think of it, there were a lot of them. No, moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem didn’t stop Hamas from firing rockets into Israel, but then again, nothing does except retaliation by the IDF.
Remember all the Trump-Kushner self-congratulation about their Middle East successes?

They had historic success. Though they didn't give Hamas a state. Which I guess is what you think Israel should do. https://t.co/RhPEz5oWAj

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a true mental disorder. One of the symptoms is people obfuscating all their personal failings (this guy wrote the speech that got us it to Iraq war) on Donald Trump. https://t.co/OkbJWRRmEV

— "Max Nardou" (@MaxNordau) May 11, 2021
What? Trump and Kushner never claimed that they made peace between Israel and Hamas? They succeeded because they acknowledged that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was separate from Israel's relationships with other Arab states! https://t.co/ZS08s1DyiI

The Abraham accords mean Israel has diplomatic relations with UAE, Bahrain, Morocco and Sudan – 3 more Arab countries than Israel had diplomatic relations before Trump
The Iraq war, which you helped sell:
-lasted 20 years
-killed thousands of people
-cost 2.4 trillion dollars https://t.co/TKTl8Q1n6b— Wokal Distance (@wokal_distance) May 11, 2021
Yeah.
Trump and Kushner helped create peace and peace deals in the Middle East, and Trump took a strong stance against terrorism.Biden supports terrorists, and now there isn't much peace. https://t.co/LLgsKyNBeX
